Shot blasting:For the disposal of our customers we have a blast cleaning chamber BLASTECO PC-BE 21104.
Chamber’s dimensions (LxWxH): 21.3x10.0x4.0m
We are using a cast-steel broken wire in the process of metal finishing & abrasive machining.
It is possible to obtain the cleanness of surface of up to SA 2.5 (for epoxy paints).
Painting:
For painting we are using epoxy, silicate-zinc and intumescent paints.
The painting process is carried out applying a hydrodynamic air-free method using ADAL and GRACO paint pumps.
Metal plating:
At the customer’s request, we are carrying out metal plating of constructions we have built or received with order to apply an anticorrosion protection.
Metal plating is performed using a vacuum or spraying method.
