We are offering services of oxygen cutting of carbon steel of the thickness in the range of 6-150mm.Table’s dimensions 4.0x12.0m allow us to perform machining of the biggest sizes of metal plates.
The burner has got an ECKERT plasmatic system of marking.
Marking -off is used for marking lines, inscriptions and shapes on the metal sheets. It makes the welding and cutting along the marked shapes easier. It also allows to describe individual details. The depth and width of marking is smoothly regulated.
Marking-off with a machine is time-saving, and it also eliminates any human error, for instance during a manual bend marking of a bend radius bigger than the detail being cut out. This translates directly into a quicker realisation of the production process.
